By accessing TruRaj World's website and portal you agree to these Terms. If you do not accept, please do not use our services.

Nature of service – TruRaj is a loan facilitator. Final approval, sanction terms, disbursal, and servicing are handled by our partner banks and NBFCs, who are RBI-regulated.

Eligibility – Services are available to Indian residents aged 21+. Some products require a business vintage of 2+ years.

Fees – TruRaj may charge a professional fee to lenders. Any fee payable by you will be disclosed in writing before you commit.

Data authorization – You authorize us to fetch your credit report from CIBIL/CRIF and share your profile with lenders you select.

Prohibited use – You must not upload false documents or use the platform for unlawful purposes.

Amendments – We may update these Terms. Updates take effect on publication.

Governing law – Indian law. Exclusive jurisdiction: courts at Kalyan, Maharashtra.
